My approach
Not every journey needs IVF.
Many people arrive already sure they need IVF. Often they don’t. Below is the sequence I walk in clinic — so you can see where you are before anyone pushes the catalogue.
This page
The clinical sequence, drawn as a map.
This page shows the order of care Dr. Chandini Sree Lalitha Chinta uses in clinic — not a shopping list of treatments. Enter where you are arriving from, see the workup both partners need, then the first-line ladder, when IVF earns a place, and the parallel paths (preservation, donor, surrogacy).
Tap any step to open the full guide. It orients you for a consult; it is not a personal diagnosis. Your history, your tests, and your time decide the plan with her in the room.
Walk the map
General information for orientation. Your plan depends on your history, tests, and time — decided with you in consult, not by a webpage.

Where are you arriving from?
Step 1
Evaluate both partners
Before choosing a treatment, name the bottleneck: ovulation, tubes, uterus, semen, and how much time you have.
Step 2
First-line ladder
Least invasive effective step first. Count the cycles in advance. Escalate when the trial is honest and complete.
Step 3
IVF & selective lab tools
IVF for tubal factor, severe male factor, failed stepwise care, or a clock that won’t wait. Add-ons only with a real indication.
Other paths
Preserve, donor, or surrogacy
Not only “after IVF fails.” Use these when timing, gametes, or carrying requires a different plan.
Find the bottleneck. Fix what is reversible. Use the least invasive effective step. Escalate with a clock in mind. Use lab add-ons only when indicated. Change the path when biology says so.
